This is a deeply personalized, 3-month sacred coaching container designed to help you reconnect with your sensuality, intuition, and power. I’ve done other healing or coaching work — how is this different?

This isn’t mindset coaching or surface-level self-care. This is deep, sensual, soul-rooted work that centers the wisdom of your body, not just your mind. I combine over 16 years of women’s health expertise, certified OM practice, and 18+ years of sisterhood-based pleasure coaching — which means this journey is embodied, experiential, and unlike anything formulaic.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

We meet once a week for 60 minutes. Outside of that, you’ll receive simple, sensual practices to integrate — which you can do in just 5–20 minutes per day. This work is meant to nourish you, not drain you. It’s designed to fit into your life, not become another thing on your to-do list.

Do I need to be in a relationship or sexually active for this work to be relevant?

Not at all. This work is about you — your relationship to yourself, your body, your intuition, your eros. Whether you’re partnered or solo, this journey will deepen your self-intimacy and expand your capacity for connection on every level.
